Restored Strength offers an individualized in-person strength, power, and mechanics training program designed to maximize athletic performance, decrease chances of injury, improve recovery time, and optimize sport-specific skills.

 

 The Program 

STRENGTH-POWER-MECHANICS

 

STRENGTH development allows athletes to produce more force—it’s the foundation of all athleticism.

 

Developing POWER teaches athletes to apply strength explosively.

 

MECHANICS bridge the gap between the weight room and the sport. Athletes learn to translate strength & power into efficient sprinting, acceleration, deceleration, & direction-change.

 

Athletic performance training is a year-around, cyclical process. Athletes should constantly work on each of these areas, adjusting to various phases of the training year.

 

 

 The Cost  

$129/month per person for 2 days every week (4-person minimum)

OR

$179/month per person for 3 days every week (4-person minimum)
