what should i bring to my sessions?

Not much at all! Just bring a bottle for water and your fabulous self (dressed in comfy clothes that allow a full range of movement). We train in socks or barefoot, so you don't need special shoes. (And if you forget your water bottle, we have cups!)

what should i do on my "off" days?

I'm sick, so I can't come in. Do I just lose my session?
