Our Restorative Group Training Sessions are 30 minutes designed to meet you where you're at--if you're new to fitness, this will be a great way to learn fun, safe ways to get stronger, more mobile, and more energized! If you're a fitness aficionado, this is a great way to get a good workout and see if Restored Strength is as good a fit for you as it is for our other Rebells!

Is it right for me? 

You don't need to be fit to get fit! This class will be perfect for anyone who

  • wants to move, feel, and live better

  • are comfortable getting up and off the ground (slowly is fine!) 

  • likes FUN :)


How much? 

$20 for drop-ins! $18 if you pre-pay! You can also buy a 5 session pass for $18/session or a 10 session pass for $15/session.


What should I bring?

Yourself and a bottle for water! Dress comfortably in clothes that allow for a full range of motion. No need for special shoes--we train in our socks. :)
