restorative massage therapy

NEW SERVICE!

William has integrated his backgrounds in corrective exercise and therapeutic massage into a new service called Restorative Massage Therapy.

RMT is designed to help people with old or new muscle, joint, and/or fascia injuries sustained as a result of anything from sitting all day to taking a fall. Whether it's an old flare up, a new strain from working out, a slip on the ice, or a chronic pain, we can help!

what makes rmt unique?

movement assessment

We'll do a series of gentle assessments to pinpoint possible sources of pain or discomfort. This also offers tangible metrics for improvements in range & ease of motion!

keep your clothes on

Keeping your clothes on saves time and maintains vital muscle warmth! Dress comfortably in clothing that allows for movement, just like you would for a workout.

no oils or lotions!

We like to dispense with unnecessary practices to make room for innovation. There's no therapeutic benefit to getting naked and lubed up, so we got rid of it!

we help with

  • Low back pain

  • Shoulder pain

  • Achy or stiff joints

  • Sore and tight muscles

  • Limited flexibility/mobility

  • Muscle tension relief

  • Maintenance/wellness
